1. Extrusion System:

Specialized screw design ensures uniform material mixing, excellent plasticization, and stable output.

2. Die:

Unique structural and flow-channel design ensures uniform melt distribution and high molding quality.

3. Vacuum Fixed-Diameter Cooling System:

Made from stainless steel The 304 casing features a specially treated inner surface of the sizing sleeve, ensuring high dimensional accuracy; the tubing boasts a smooth surface finish; and water temperature is precisely controlled.

4. Primary Traction Unit:

Variable-frequency precise speed control; the tracks feature highly wear-resistant traction rubber blocks for non-slip performance.

5. Secondary Heating System:

Zero-dead-zone hot air circulation ensures even heating of the tube walls and precise temperature control. ±1°C

6. Stretching Die:

The unique conical structural design, combined with an external pressure source, makes it exceptionally easy to stretch—resulting in a high stretch ratio while maintaining superior tube strength.

7. Secondary Spray System:
